Access -- Inclusion -- Equity -- Responsiveness (A.I.R.E.) are the tenets of diversity education. Through this action-oriented seminar series, participants will go beyond the rhetoric of diversity and learn how to apply best practices to reinforce their commitment to equity and inclusion in the workplace.
Tailored to the intimate culture and climate, our A.I.R.E. Institute strategically builds a foundation of cultural competency and self awareness by covering topics such as identity consciousness, systemic oppression, trauma informed methods, and practice-centered action to close equity gaps. |
A.I.R.E. Trainings Using evidence based training practices, participants learn to identify challenges to inclusivity. Each individual session is crafted to the role and responsibilities of the participants, curating a transformative experience that is both relevant and authentic. Participants receive the knowledge and skills to become more self-aware and thoughtfully responsive to acts of inequity. Topics include implicit bias, microaggressions, and peace-building.
